My Story Is Painted On My Body – Chantelle Brown-Young

At an age of 4, she was diagnosed with vitiligo, a skin disease that destroys cells that produce skin pigment, according to the National Institute of Health (NIH) and causes white patches to appear.

She was bullied when she went to school. It was difficult for her to accept it. She had problems with self-esteem.
But Chantelle Brown-Young has had a new attitude about her skin disease. Her vitiligo is nearly symmetrical which isn’t after the case.

She has accepted herself as she is. She says that her story is painted on her body. In her TEDx Talk, she has beautifully defined her life.

This video has made me realise that very successful person with a potential life-defining medical condition makes a conscious decision to change their perception of their condition and make it work for them.

See this wonderful and inspiring video and change your life mindset.
